During the game between the D-Backs and the Phillies, Devin Booker channeled his inner Shaq with a vintage camera

It would appear that Booker began his Halloween festivities a little bit early this year by donning a ‘costume’ of Shaq.

Devin Booker, a guard for the Phoenix Suns, was seen at Chase Field on Friday night to watch Game 4 of the National League Championship Series between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Philadelphia Phillies. The game was part of the 2023 MLB Playoffs. By using an old camcorder, he was able to tap into his inner Shaquille O’Neal.

Booker, who is 26 years old, appears to have begun enjoying Halloween a little bit early by donning a “costume” that is similar to the one that Shaquille O’Neal wore during the 2000 NBA Slam Dunk Contest.

In the famous photo of him filming the dunk contest with a camcorder, Shaquille O’Neal, who is now 51 years old, can be seen sporting a chain over his black jacket and the matching beanie.

Booker was dressed similarly, right down to the black beanie he was wearing, but the camcorder was the focus of everyone’s attention.

Behind the camera we have Devin Booker.
The Diamondbacks tied the series at two games apiece with a 6-5 victory over the Suns, and the Suns guard could be seen recording the game as well as his surroundings.

After that, the Arizona Diamondbacks official account contacted him using X, which was formerly known as Twitter, and asked him to send the video to them so that they may use it.

Booker is getting ready to play for the Golden State Warriors when the 2023-24 NBA season gets underway on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the D-Backs will be hosting the Phillies for Game 5 on Saturday.
