Kane scores a hat trick and adds two assists as Bayern Munich beats VfL Bochum 7-0

Bayern Munich are still undefeated to open the Bundesliga season after Harry Kane scored a hat trick and added two assists for the German champions.

Kane capitalized on a first-half lost ball inside the Bochum penalty area by hammering it in for a goal, and he later scored on a penalty kick.

In the 88th minute, he won the game for his team by finishing off a feed from Noussair Mazraoui.

Kane’s pinpoint passes helped set up goals for Leroy Sane and Mathys Tel, both of whom were teenagers.

The Bavarians got goals from Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Matthijs de Ligt, and the rest of the team.

Bayern’s 4-3 win over Manchester United in the Champions League was aided by a goal from Kane, who now has seven goals in five Bundesliga games.

This hat trick on Saturday was his first in the domestic league since he scored three times for Tottenham against Burnley and Southampton in December of 2017.

Bayern, led by Thomas Tuchel, are atop the league after five games, with four victories and a draw.

Bochum, who were completely overpowered and torn apart everytime Bayern advanced, are still searching for their first win of the season.
